Lightroom: Integrate the Channel Mixer to Lightroom in order to fix Underwater Photos

I saw some great video tutorials on how to fix Underwater Photos in order to retrieve some of the reds that are lost with really impressive results by using the Channel Mixer in Photoshop! (see these examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFhrTQ... & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RLt1NB...) However, I only have Lightroom and Elements, and can't really afford the full Photoshop for that one feature. Also, the free channel mixer apps I found are just not as efficient to work with.

Would it be possible to add the Channel Mixer to Lightroom?

Well, sort of, but not really. However, you can use the free DNG Profile Editor to make suitable profiles and use them in LR.
