Lightroom: Import and reset ignore process version in default development settings

Try the following in develop module:
1. Reset a photo
2. Set process version to an older one
3. Set default... -> update to current settings
4. Reset the photo again
5. Import a new photo of same type and made with same camera model (and serial no. / ISO if applicable)

Expected: 4: PV remains unchanged, 5: New photo is imported with older PV.

Actual: 4: PV changes to the current version, 5: New photo is imported with current PV.

LR seems to save the process version correctly in the Default_nnnn.xmp files, but ignores it when resetting a photo or importing new photos. Instead, it always uses the current PV.

Even if this behaviour is intended (is it?), it is highly confusing. Especially for LR4, where users might want to stick to PV2010 by default - that is not possible using default settings then. It is only possible using a develop preset on import.

Testet on LR 3.6 and 4.1RC2 64Bit, Win7.

Note of caution for reproducing: Create a new user on your machine, or download a raw of a camera you don't use in your catalog in order to avoid modifying/destroying your own defaults.
