Lightroom: Features and Improvements

My list:

Interface: Some way to lock the strips that control the side panels, eg a lock button at the top/bottom, or a way to limit the functionality to a small button instead of the whole strip; I'm forever opening/closing panels with the Wacom pen by mistake.

Interface: better integration with the Wacom in general, with increased functionality.

Library: Colour coding and/or locks for folders

Library: multi-computer reconciliation - using the same catalog/sub-catalog with laptop and desktop.

Library: Export a collection, just membership of the collection, without overwriting any of the other metadata and development for the images in the target catalog where you are going to import to.

Develop: Clone/heal functionality in the Adjustment brush (or adjustment brush type functionality in the Spot Removal tool - so it becomes a heal/clone tool)

Develop: Adjustment brush - auto mask should have an adjustable feather; and it should be possible to retain the same absolute extent of the feather on the adjustment brush when changing size, instead of the feather being a percentage of the size of the brush.

Develop: Graduated Filter - it would be great if it were possible to warp (ie bend) the graduated filter. It is so powerful it would be great to be able to mould it to the image in some cases.

Slideshow: ability to include video clips seamlessly in a slideshow, ie play video clips as part of a slideshow, instead of having to go out of Lightroom and into Quicktime. We use Lightroom slideshow rather than Powerpoint because it gives us easier flexibility, but it would really be an improvement to our presentations if the video clips formed an integral part of the slideshow.

(I couldn't find a hopeful/optimistic face to go with this!)
