Lightroom, easy way to add border to a print

I'm used to print photos with space around them on a bigger sheet of paper.
Sometimes I wanted to print a border at a specific distance from the image, such as 5mm from it.

Lightroom doesn't seem to be able to do that quickly.
The border (called inner stroke) feature in "Custom package" (which on its own is not the easiest way to manage prints) applies it right at the edge of the picture.
The mat (called Photo border!) is outside the border.

You can't change the color of the mat, so you have to use the inner stroke alone.

Crop marks -may- be helpful when you just need to have a crop guide, but when they fall in the no print zone at the far edge of the sheet, only a solid 1px border may solve the issue.

Is it possibile to specify the:
  • Inner border (size and color)
  • Mat border (size and color)
  • Outer border (size and color)

Even better to be able to specify the mat size in mm/cm/inches. Not only pts!

That would be greatly appreciated!
