Are you able to export without the plug-in?

If so, I'd suggest making sure you have the latest version of the plug-in, that it is designed to work with this version of Lightroom, and possibly reinstall the plug-in. If it still doesn't work, I would suggest contacting the plug-in manufacturer.

Problem is primarily in export plugins when they're doing FTP. Stay away from the FTP - usually OK. I have latest versions and am working with plugin manufacturers, but so far they they have been unable to solve the problem.

PS - I am on a particularly iffy link, so maybe the problem has to do with comm error handling.

Note: Some people don't experience this problem at all, some do...

More Info:

This time, export got all the way to the final dialog box (progress indicator says dialog box has been displayed), but the dialog box was *not* visible. Lightroom was still alive, but zoom wasn't zooming (although it went through the motions - i.e. cursor changing from magnifier/+ to hand and back), then when I hit Ctr-Shift-E (to display export dialog box), it crashed:
