Lightroom: Combine Image Sizing & Output Sharpening into a single section.

Top level selection: Output Target (Screen or Paper).

If 'Screen' chosen, then disable 'Resolution'.

The idea being:
* To make it clear that 'Resolution' does not affect screen display.
* Output sharpening is generally needed when image is being resized, to maintain export sharpness.

I haven't thought this through all the way, but hopefully you get the idea - the problems to solve are:
* Users often fret (unnecessarily) about 'Resolution' and how it impacts exported file.
* Users often neglect output sharpening and then don't understand why their exports aren't as sharp as what they see in Lightroom.
