Please change the requirements to allow 10.6(.8). There are many who are not 'updating' to 10.7 or 10.8 (say, because of Rosetta) who would love to continue to update Lightroom.

I have no plans to change to Mac OS X 10.7 or higher at this point; I will upgrade Lightroom if I can run it on my 10.6.8 Mac.

Please let me know if there is a better place to provide this feedback.

One thing you have to understand ... many of the assets in both hardware and the OS itself are what makes new and updated features possible. Which can make backwards compatibility to older OS systems extremely difficult or impossible to achieve ... It is a royal pain when your favorite OS is left in the dust, but software development must march on. Fortunately, updating to Mountain Lion isn't extremely expensive if your current hardware supports it. Realistically ... if you haven't found a replacement for apps that require Rosetta ... you really should ... you'll be much better off ...

No, the Lightroom 5 public beta forum is the correct place for feedback on the public beta.

Chris, at the top of the beta forum it says to report bugs and FR's here.

In the past, I think the rule of thumb has been FR's related to new beta features and bugs that are new to the beta go in the beta forum, and long term feature requests and pre-existing bugs go here.

Could you nudge someone to make a decision please?

The instructions I saw all said that the beta forum was the place for beta posts. Feature requests should go here, and bugs in shipping software.
But beta will have a lot of churn (and noise).
