Lightroom 5 / LR5 crop tool problem

Generally the crop will move a small distance after I have finished cropping. Sometimes the crop even resizes itself slightly as well.

This generally occurs when the crop is rotated.

The flow is like this:

Select an image
Crop it and exit crop tool
(Up to here the image displays as it should)
Select another image
Go back to the original image
Watch the crop tool resize/ reposition itself/ resize and reposition itself arbitrarily.

I'll see if I can get a video out. But in the mean time, here are the specs.

This also occurs on the LR5 RC2 candidate
