Lightroom 5: Allow preference setting for Lights Out border

I first started using lightroom 4 and I heavily used the lights outs feature from the develop module. I have noticed in lightroom 5 a white stroke has been added to the border. I find this outline very distracting for many (not all) shots. After researching this issue I see that there has been a lot of different opinions on this setting. Instead of pleasing a percentage of the population why not simply make this an option in the preferences, with a shortcut perhaps (there is already a section for lights out in the preferences pane)? Or could you borrow the current settings from slideshow for lights out settings (which does let you remove the border)? I saw the suggestion for full screen preview but on a 30"+ monitor it is not representative of how it would typically be viewed. I usually size the window area to get a rendering that is close to the pixel dimensions I plan to display the image at. By staying in the develop module and using lights out I can quickly toggle and isolate views of recent develop settings.
