Lightroom: LR 5.2 noisyness in Library, Book and smaller exports

Hi.
I am experiencing a noise problem in Lightroom 5.2 in both the Library and Book module.

If I adjust a DNG file of mine in the Development module I can get the settings set in a way, so that viewing it in 1:1 mode I have no noise visible in my picture. If I then shift to the library module and view the picture in 1:1 I will most definitively see some noise. Shifting back to development mode the noise will first be observable but will be calculated out within a few seconds. But if I then choose to add this picture to a book in book-mode, the noise will be viewable, and even more visible than in library-mode.
If I then decide to export the picture to TIF or JPG leaving the size untouched, I won't experience a noise problem, but changing the size from 3104x4672 pixel to 600x903 pixel during the export to a JPG file, the noise will be visible again.

I was under the impression that these problems had been fixed by the upgrade from LR4 / LR5.0 to LR5.2 but apparently not all of them are :(
(In case that makes a difference: I tried all of this on a MacBook Pro operating on Lion)

I hope this can be fixed soon, as I was hoping to make a book of my pictures, but with that noise problem I am right now better of not to do it from LR.

Best regards

Workaround (memory eating and time consuming... but hey better than nothing):
Since the noise is removed when exporting the pictures in their original size I have now started doing that. Exporting them from their orginal RAWs into new DNGs and JPGs where the size is still the same than in the original and re-import these into Lightroom. The only disadvantage with that - except for the loss in memory and time - is that if one then spots something to work on in the re-imported files is that one should do the corrections on the original files and export them again. I am not sure though how this will work for the book module, as I haven't tested that yet.
