Lightroom 4: Won't recognize my plugins

Lightroom 4 doesn't recognize any plugins. I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 and Nik Color Effects Pro 4. Both of which were recognized by LR3. I need a solution please.

Please try updating to Lightroom 4.1, available now via Check for Updates in the Lightroom help menu, or on adobe.com.
