Lightroom 4: Windows 7: Lens profile location for *all* users?

In the Lightroom 4 help, it is stated that for Windows Vista/7 the lens profiles have to be placed to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0:

However, this does not work anymore in LR4 (it worked for LR3). As is seems, one must put lens profiles for all users now directly to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4\Resources\LensProfiles\1.0 (the folder where LR4 is installed).

Question #1: Is this a bug in LR4, or is the documentation wrong (possibly an oversight when updating it from LR3)?

Question #2: Is "Program Files..." the recommended location when installing lens profiles for all users, or is there another location, or is it not recommended at all and one should only use the user-specific location (C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0), which still works?

By the way: The user-specific location is not mentioned in the LR help.

P.S. Another glitch in the help files for Vista/7: Sometimes "AppData" is incorrectly spelled "App Data" (descriptions where presets etc. are stored).

The best place for these profiles is the user's own directory. This makes them visible in Camera Raw and they won't be changed or removed when upgrading Lightroom.

We're changing the Help file to reflect the appropriate location. Good catch - thanks for posting!
