I’ve installed Lightroom 4 64 and tried to edit the *.mov video file and export it to the *.mp4 using Lightroom.

The export process stops at 99% with the following error:
“amecommand.exe” has stopped working.
Problem event name: BEX
Application: amecommand.exe
Application timestamp: 4f2b810c
Module name: mc_mux_mp4.dll
Module version:
Module timestamp: 4f2a63a5
Exception Offset: 00060bc8
Exception code: c0000417
Exception Data: 00000000
OS Version: 6.1.7601.
Language: 1049
additional information 1: 2000
additional information 2: 200032a8aad10f452ad6d856ebb7496e
additional information 3: 704c
additional information 4: 704c32e229641e5747e0a8680f60ab53

There are 2 files age left in the export folder: *.aac (containing audio from the movie) and *.m4v which I can’t view with any player during internal structure failure.
How can I solve this problem?

What is the name of the directory you are trying to export to?

There is a known issue in LR4.0 with exporting to a folder where there are multi-byte characters in the name.

As a workaround- try an export folder destination with no multi-byte characters.

We are working on a fix for this issue.
