I have produced the profiles with Colormunki photo and also have the Epson profiles installed. The printer is an R1800

Have you made Lightroom aware of them yet?

In the profile selection (either in export or print) there is an Other... listed in the profile pulldown. When you click it it takes you to a dialog that lists all your installed profiles and asks you to check which profiles you want visible in Lightroom.

From then on you will be able to select them.
