Hello,

1. i can just join the comments on getting relative presets, hope hope hope...

2. before i worked with lightroom i used ivew mediapro. what i am really missing from it is the ability to merge keywords on import. you could even give priority to the keywords included in the picture or the ones from the catalog.
2.1 it would be even better if one could choose the particular fields to be imported. similar to the keyword template dialog.

2.2 keyword management that is giving a better overview on and easier handling of large keyword hirarchies. extra module for keywording.

3. real, all new, built in plug in architecture making tiffs unnessesary

4. a keyboard modifier like cmd-drag to switch the slider resolution from normal (+-5 steps) to fine (+-1 step)

5. i am just trying out the new book module and really like it very much. there are nice templates and graphics. however, i hope to see the possibility to freely arrange and rotate pictures and text on the pages.
5.1 also to create my own templates like it is possible in the print module. i was asking myself why did adobe not take this nice aproach of picture packages over to the new book module?
5.2 or why did they not build in a full text editor (with all text attributes like we are used to work in ms word, pages or indesign including tab stopps and text flowing from one box to another, instead of inventing the wheel all new)
5.3 and are there no simple layout options from other popular products like indesign (magnetic guide lines, center elements in page or against each other, resize and rotate frames, etc.)?

there must be reasons i don't understand yet.
it would be great to get this functionalities in LR4.

regards,
aron

Aron, If you break your different suggestions, you will be able to receive votes for each ones, users agreeing with one of them, but not with others might not decide to like your idea if everything is packed together...

Most of your ideas also already have topics. Add your comments and votes to those first.

Also, if you want to make the maximum impact use capitals and punctuation. I have to be honest - I did not read all your points because of this.

Since i am from the german part of Switzerland my grammar is lacking quite a bit, sorry. I understand that correct Grammar helps the readability of Text a lot and i will try my best in the future. Maybe I will find some courses online.
