Lightroom 4.4RC: Chroma smearing with Fujifilm X-E1, but only in Library module

I am evaluating Lightroom 4.4 RC on Fujifilm X-e1 .RAF file and found a minor bug. When viewing some files in the Library module, the infamous "chromatic smearing" is obvious around some letters in the image. However, when viewing the same files in the Develop module, there is no chromatic smearing. Further, when viewing these same files again in the Library module, but with at least one of the panels in the Develop module (i.e. Tone Curve, Split toning, Lens corrections etc.) switched off beforehand, the chromatic smearing is also not visible. Screenshots with Library and Develop modules are attached. The Image in the Develop module has default settings applied and looks softer than it does in the Library module (check the swatch under "M:38.0". However, sharpening (Amount 32, Radius 1.2, Detail 36) does a great job, making the two images about the same in terms of sharpness.

Well, even more funny thing happened. After repeatedly switching between the Library and Develop modules for the same file, the chroma smear disappeared altogether in the Library module, regardless of the activation state of the panels in the Develop module. This occurred for two files so far. Opening a new file, however, the chroma smear appears again in the Library module. It is as if the software is learning! I am not sure if it matters that I originally had Lightroom 4.3 installed on this computer and was viewing the same files with that version of the software.
