Lightroom starts as a process but I can not see it.
It starts as a "process" but I can not find it in my active aplications in the aplications manager. (PC)
I tried to uninstall it a couple of times but none of the new instalations will work.

How do I solve this?

Try to trash the prefs and/or start a new catalog.

I can't see the interface and therefore not access any functions.
The only sign of that the program is running is when I look in the task manager under "processes". There it can be found as "running".
No sign of any interface at all.

...or did you meen a folder/file?
I can still access those.

The prefs file is located in Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Lightroom/Preferences/. Try deleting it and see if it helps.
