Lightroom 4.1 still has the memory leak several people reported for RC2

After starting LR4.1 it's using about 250 000 kB RAM. This slowly increase even if I do nothing. LR usually takes some hours before it gets up to 6-10 GB and starts to create real problems and a restart of LR cures the problem.

But this is really sloppy programming.... Please correct.

We could use some system details. I have had LR open for two days continuously and it has yet to consume more than a GB.

Maybe it's not a leak, but just some background indexing optimization asking for more and more memory.

I ran LR several hours and it caps at around 1.5 - 2.0 GByte for 40 K photos.
Jumped the gun to soon when I saw the steady increase in RAM-usage starting at 250 K and slowly increasing to 2 GB.

Looked the same as before in RC2, but this one did not cap out around 2 GB.

I think we can close this topic.
