Lightroom 4.1: Bug: Undo of "create development preset"

1. Create a development preset "Test"
2. Undo - "Test" disappears (OK)
3. Redo - "Test" reappears again (still OK)
4. Undo - "Test" disappears again (still OK)
5. Redo - Two (!) identical presets "Test" appear (files: Test.lrtemplate and Test-2.lrtemplate with same "internalName" and "title" values)
6. Undo - Both disappear
7. Redo - Three identical presets "Test" appear (curiously, Test-3.lrtemplate and Test-4.lrtemplate appear.
8. etc. etc.

On Undo, all -2, -3, -4... etc. files stay on disk, only the "Test.lrtemplate" disappears. When LR is restarted, all these files are read in as presets again und the "Test" presets reappears for each file. Deleting the presets in LR for cleanup works correctly (as long as you don't play with Undo/Redo again).

LR 4.1 64 Bit / Win7.

Sounds like a bug the 1000 monkeys should have discovered.

How did you discover it?

That was pure coincidence: I didn't know that preset creation can be undone. I discovered this when the last two steps I made were 1) made some develop changes and 2) created a preset. Then, I wanted to undo the develop changes and was perplexed that the preset disappeared instead. So I made a Redo to see the preset reappear. And now for the actual coincidence: I didn't "believe" it completely and again made an Undo and a Redo ... and suddenly there were two of the same preset...

1000 monkeys... yes, that's probably true ;-)
