Lightroom: Edit In Presets Not Working

I have tried to set up a few presents in LR for editing various types of photos in PS CS5. The default is edit in PS CS5, Pro Photo RGB, 16 bit, tiff. The first preset was for scanned photos, Adobe RGB, 16 bit, tiff since I scan into the Adobe RGB color space. The second was for quick snapshot type file, it was set up as, sRGb, 8 bit, tiff. I selected as the additional editor, Photoshop.exe from the Program Files, Adobe, Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 (64 Bit) folder. System is Windows 7, 64 bit, Home Premium, quad core, 12 GB ram, LR 3.5.

I right click on a photo and select Edit In, I then have a choice of Edit In Photoshop CS5.1 (default), Edit In Photoshop.exe, then my two presets. However, when I select either preset, the default preset settings show up instead of the preset settings. I can change the default settings to match one of the other presets, however, this seems to defeat the purpose of having presets.

I have tried deleting the presents, I have watched two Kost videos, checked my Martin Evening LR 3 book and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
