LightRoom4 Could be great for Video Asset management - Bugs and Features

The software is brilliantly laid out for ease and mass file mgmt. At the moment, I can't find anything that holds as much promise as Lightroom 4 does for the video shooter to become more organized and confident in video asset management. Their are some simple bugs that need fixing, and a few entry-level features that, if added, could make LightRoom 4 a must-have first step for the ingesting/entry of video files into a computer.
BUGS:
1) In dual screen mode, it is not possible to add keywords to multiple files if the grid is on the secondary screen -only allows mass keywording if grid is on main screen
2) Video playback engine is incredibly and terribly slow -playback on MOV files in my library almost never works, and certainly never plays the entire clip seamlessly (on 8 core 3 ghz machine with 16gb RAM)
3) Working with AVCHD files and their respective metadata sidecars should be addressed - perhaps Adobe should just buy the ClipWrap software and integrate to be a full video solution (from ingestion to output)
4) Provide better playback efficiency with files wrapped in "Clip Wrap" (for example: AVCHD files re-wrapped in MOV format)
FEATURES:
1) Peel-off/out window panes like those in Premiere, Audition, and After Effects and the ability to place window panes where ever the user wants them
2) User sizable panes for keywords, metadata, and organizational tools
I really think that if these bits were addressed before the official launch of LR4, this product would have a massive stronghold on a sea of video folks (like myself) who want to be more organized with their clips. There are heaps of discussions on user boards like DVXuser, and Vimeo, where shooters are begging for this kind of thing. If someone comes up with a brilliant way to manage AVCHD and MOV files, it seems like they'll win. Why not nail it now Adobe?

Hmm, not sure if "Problem" was the correct way to label this, as it has a few thrusts... Hope it helps in whatever way.
