lightroom won't upload to flickr, status 504 | Photoshop Family Customer Community

I cannot upload photos to flickr using lightroom 6.14. I get a status code 6.14. After logging out and logging back in I was able to upload one photo in the album, and then it broke again.
Flickr customer service insists that it is a lightroom problem.
