Lightroom: Windows menu-accelerator letters for ALL menu commands

Windows Lightroom should have explicitly assigned underlined accelerator letters for every menu and submenu command. This would increase the accessibility of LR and make it easier for non-disabled Windows users to use LR from the keyboard. It's absolutely trivial to assign these accelerators in TranslatedStrings.txt -- someone just needs to review each command and insert the missing &'s in the appropriate places.

On Windows, there are many menu commands that are missing both underlined accelerator letters and assigned short-cut keys, e.g. the four commands in the Photo > Edit In submenu:

- Open as Smart Object in Photoshop
- Open as Layers
- Merge to Panorama in Photoshop
- Merge to HDR Pro in Photoshop

Since there are two commands starting with O and two with M, there is no default underlined accelerator letter shown for the commands. In this case, you can still invoke these commands from the keyboard, e.g. to invoke Merge To HDR, you'd type ALT P E M M Enter. But if accelerator letters were assigned to the commands, then they would be underlined and users would save two keystrokes.

But in other cases, you can't invoke the commands from the keyboard because of conflicting key assignments. E.g. you can't invoke File > Export With Preset, because the letter "E" is explicitly assigned to File > Export (even though that command also has a keyboard shortcut).

Some users don't realize many of the menu commands missing an underline can still be invoked from the keyboard. E.g. see the comments from Risto in this thread:
