Lightroom CC for web: Sync Issues

I was working from the desktop version of Lightroom and syncing the cloud content to an external NAS. The performance was really slow so I turned it off. Logging into the web version of Lightroom I now see over 1300 sync issue notices.If I remove these will I lose anything. Sampling a couple of the pictures, it looks like they are on the cloud alright.

In your case what this "Sync Issues" section means is that we've started syncing the asset metadata for those assets, but since the originals haven't synced, there's not enough info there to generate thumbnails in the cloud. We include this because it helps diagnose sync issues, though it's more helpful on mobile phone uploads that haven't completed.

Assuming your plan is to finish syncing these, you can just leave these be until you do so.
If you delete these it'll also delete them from LrCC, so make sure you have a backup.
