Lightroom: unnecessary scaling of watermark

I want to add a watermark that should not be scaled. I export the pictures with "fit into 1280x930" (so portrait are smaller) and a watermark with same size, using "fit" in the watermark options. In the preview it looks good, but in the exported picture you see, that there a 2 problems: the watermark is unsharp and there are missing some pixels of the edge of the watermark. Seems that the watermark is scaled up.
And although the anchor is bottom left, the lower and left edges of the watermark are missing, so it seems to be scaled after aligning.

I'd suggest you post screenshots, here, and upload two photos, one larger that works ok, one smaller that has the clipping issue, and your logo watermark file, all to www.dropbox.com, then post a link, here. That way other people l can see what you're talking about and can reproduce the scenario.

For the photos that work and don't work right, uploading exported JPGs w/o a water mark and without any resizing would be the easiest, so we know what sizes you are dealing with. If you post the master photos then also include the XMP files that contain any edit settings, including cropping, you've done to the photos so they're the right size in anyone else's test.

Perhaps the description is too complicated, other idea:
What I want is adding a watermark to the lower left corner of exported pictures without scaling the watermark.
