When there are two hierarchical keywords with the same leaf name but different capitalization, LR gets confused and won't display qualified versions of the keywords as suggestions as you enter the leaf name. No matter which of the suggestions you select, you always get the capitalized version assigned to the photo.

To reproduce:

1. Create two keywords, a > Cat and b > cat.

2. Select a photo and in the Keywording panel, type "cat". You'll see two unqualified suggestions, "cat" and "Cat":

3. No matter which suggestion you click, you'll get a > Cat assigned to the photo.

4. Edit b > cat and change its capitalization to b > Cat.

5. Now select a photo and in the Keywording panel, type "cat". You'll see two qualified suggestions, Cat < a and Cat < b, and you can properly choose either one:

Tested on LR CC 2015.0.1 and LR 5.7.1 / OS X 10.10.3.
