Lightroom Syncing Collections after turning off sync for those collections

I accidentaly selected a collection to sync. I turned sync off for that collection. I went on with my life, thinking i had fixed it. I now have over 5000 photos synced to my cloud, and I am on a data connection that has limits! This is unacceptable! If I unselect Sync for a collection, please stop data usage immediately!

A synced photo lives in two places in Lightroom Classic:
  1. The collection from which it was originally synced
  2. The system collection "All Synced Photographs
It is likely you have photos still in your All Synced Photographs collection. Removing them from 1 does not remove them from 2 automatically.

Rikk: I only recently started syncing a few images and now I think I might have the same issue. Where do I find "All Synced Photographs" in LR Classic?
(It is likely staring me in the face, but I can't find it.)
