Lightroom: Smart collections don't correctly search custom metadata fields of virtual copies

Smart collections don't correctly search custom metadata fields of virtual copies. To reproduce, use any plugin that defines a custom metadata field. I tried with two plugins, Any File and Any Filter, while another user initially reported the problem with a third plugin.

Steps:

1. Start with a photo that has a non-empty value in a custom metadata field, e.g. with Any File: Type = pdf.

2. Make a virtual copy of that photo.

3. Verify the virtual copy has that field value by looking at the All Plug-in Metadata tagset in the Metadata panel.

4. Make a smart collection with the single criterion " contains ", e.g. "Any File: Type contains pdf".

5. Select the smart collection as a source and observe it doesn't find the virtual copy.

Tested with Lightroom 6.01, OS X 10.10.3.
