Lightroom: Make it easy to get rid of dud/bad photos

Lightroom, in particular LR CC with Sensei, should suggest photos to delete when there are several similar ones. It could be based on exposure, sharpness, eyes open, and other criteria, and there could be some kind of threshold slider to be more aggressive with suggested duds. This would be particularly useful as customers run up against 1TB (or whatever tier) cloud storage limits. This could also run locally on Lightroom Classic CC.

In Lightroom Web if you click the Lr in the upper left and select Technology Preview we're testing out a "best photos" feature.  Currently to use it you need to put the photos in an album and view the album and select "best photos" I'm sure the team would be interested in your feedback (which you can leave by returning to the "tech preview" menu.  You access Lightroom Web through your browser.  https://lightroom.adobe.com  
While not literally exactly what you asked for (I too have been asking for what you're describing) It is a step in the right direction.
