Lightroom: RAF imported from Fujifilm X-pro2 acts weird

(Lightroom CC , latest version)
I found out that If I shoot raw-files with new x-pro2 so that dynamic range is set to auto, lightroom handles those files differently than those files that have dynamic range set to manual.

F.e. If I shoot at iso 400 and set dynamic range to auto, camera chooses to use dynamic range 200%. When this image is imported to lightroom, it's 1 stop underexposed vs. Image that I have manually set same iso 400 and dynamic range 200%.

There's no difference If I imported them in DNG or RAF format.

I can't even get the files to be imported! Can you see your images?
