Lightroom Problem with Flickr Addon - Republishing and picture link

I have published photos with the Flickr add-on Lightroom 6 to Flickr. OK! Now I have a metadata change the image (title, etc.) - I need to republish the image, according to module of Lightroom. I do this, but then changes to Flickr also the image link! Users of Flickr, the so possibly my picture on their sides (block, etc.) have incorporated, now find a dead link, like here for example. Does it have to be that way? I change the browser in Flickr directly metadata of image link is obtained. One could thus make, ok, but there are his synchonisation from Flickr to Lightroom so modified metadata will be used also in Lightroom.

This is an issue with the Flickr service itself, outside of the control of Lightroom. When Lightroom publishes to Flickr, Flickr's API returns a URL, e.g., that doesn't change if you republish the photo due to metadata changes.

However, the embedding HTML provided by Flickr contains a URL to the actual .jpg:

Every time a third-party app publishes through the Flickr API, it appears that Flickr changes that internal URL.

I think this is an issue you need to take up with Flickr, unfortunately.
