As the title says when 'Custom File Dimensions' is selected in the Print Job panel of the Print module the image right-side edge is slightly cropped ( 7 pixels in a 3600 x 2400 output image). This was confirmed with LR CC 2015.1.1 and LR 5.7.1 on Windows 7. In addition it was observed that using the same output size and sharpening settings in the Export module produces a slightly sharper image file. This occurs with 'Custom File Dimensions' checked or unchecked. Please see the following post for further details:

I did further investigation and can confirm both LR 5.7.1 and LR 6.1.1 and CC 2015.1.1 exhibit this behavior. The right edge of Landscape images and top edge of Portrait images are slightly cropped by a few pixels. The target resolution (ppi x inch dimension) is achieved but the long edge of the image file is stretched during the resize process. This causes a "softening" of the image preventing proper Output Sharpening from being applied. A Matte Standard Sharpening setting in the Print module closely matches the Glossy Standard Output Sharpening in the Export module. You can use the Matte paper setting if printing on glossy paper, which should be much closer to the intended sharpening amount. If printing on a matte paper type you won't be able to achieve sufficient sharpening.
