Lightroom: How do I find the one picture of 27000 that is not synchronized? How do I find that one image without searching 27,000 images in Lightroom?

Not sure it's your issue, but you maybe want to take a look at this thread:

Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll need to elaborate a little.

As it stands, I don't believe in LR if you want to manage dozens of files, on the other hand LR Classic does it perfectly well ... Use LR as the second catalog of what you only want to show ... .

Werner,

In which product are you working? Can you get us the installed version number?

It's just a photo that's not being sycronized. This one picture would be syncronized 24h, 7 days a week without ever finishing it.

Go into Preferences, then to the Sync tab. Wait a moment and you should see the photo being identified in the lower half of the panel, sometimes with a bit of explanation. This can help you decide what to do, for example in LR Classic removing it from Sync, or whatever other method appears relevant.

And please answer Rikk's question. Help > System Info's first line can be copied and pasted here.

If this is Lightroom CC Desktop - you can filter photos that have synchronized from those in progress and those in error:
