Lightroom photoshop CC for Mobile (IOS version). Storage conflict between Lightroom and Creative Cloud

I use the Lightroom photoshop CC mobile “Premium” app on my iPad and iPhone. To use the app the user is required to have an Adobe ID, which gives access to the Creative Cloud App. The Creative Cloud app indicates only 2gb storage, whilst the Lightroom app shows 100gb (correct for the Premium version I am using). As soon as I exceed 2gb Lightroom storage the Creative Cloud app shows that storage as full and advises me to purchase more storage. Has anyone else had this problem?

I think that there are two separate locations. I have the 2 GB creative cloud; I also have Lightroom Premium 100 GB. I shoot in raw using Lightroom camera on my iPhone and upload to the Lightroom cloud which is distinct from the other (I’ve just checked the contents of each). I import into the Lightroom cloud using Lightroom Mobile on my iPad. I no longer use the 2 GB creative cloud to hold my photographs. Perhaps Adobe could simplify things?

Hi Alan, thanks for your helpful reply. Unfortunately, Adobe do not seem to have a solution. They suggested that I set up a different Creative Cloud account but that does not give me access to any of my Lightroom photos.
Can you please confirm if you can access your Lightroom photos directly from your Creative Cloud account; i.e. using the same Adobe ID.
Thanks

Robert,

A couple of questions for you:

Do you see the message that you are over when taking/importing pictures?

Do you have more than two GB of non-image files in your Creative Cloud folder?  (check in a browser at https://assets.adobe.com/files)

Hi, Robert. Yes, I can access LrPhotos (sic) from Creative Cloud app on my iPad. My 2 GB account was set up with a hotmail email which MS then trashed forcing me to update the login details which are now the same as for LR Mobile.

Hi Rikk, I replied using the comments field. Did you get this, please?
Basically, I have only a few mb of data in the CC storage. The level of storage in my Lightroom cloud storage is mirrored in the CC Account; i.e. when I have 2.2gb in Lightroom my CC storage shows 110 per cent full. Also, I get a message when I try to add more data to the CC account, advising me to either delete some data or buy more storage.
Hope this helps clarify the situation.
