Lightroom: Performs poorly on macOS Sierra

With the most recent version of lightroom on macOS Sierra, Lightroom performs incredibly poorly. Rendering of a merged HDR in Lightroom takes much longer on a recent machine - zooming out of the photo takes around 10-20 seconds each time, before lightroom renders the whole image clearly.

When changing the tone curve, the right pane hides while I'm still dragging a node, but keeping my mouse clicked and moving still edit the curve. In fullscreen mode, hovering to the top gives the menu bar overlaying the window bar, so to move between fullscreen and not you have to use the window menu instead of the fullscreen button.

Overall, developing in lightroom just feels broken with this current update.

The most recent version of LR is LR6.7/LRCC2015.7.  It has been released to be compatible with Sierra.  Is this the LR version that you are running?   I don't experience any of the issues that you report.

It may help if we could see your Lightroom System Info. Launch Lightroom, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.

The GTX 750 is a little older card outside our recommended list. Have you tried disabling Use Graphics Processor and restarting Lightroom? https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html
