Lightroom mobile: Crashes and extremely buggy on Samsung Galaxy S8

Lightroom App on Samsung Galaxy S8 crashes a lot and is extremely slow while editing. The phone become hot. App crashes or says "App is not responding." I bought the subscription but very disappointed with the mobile. I need this bug to be fixed please. 

I tried reinstalling the app multiple times but no change. Phone is up to date running on Oreo OS.

I have been continuously sending feedbacks whenever the App crashes and when prompts me to send feedback along with system logs. I am sure you people can figure out the issue through logs much easily than my screen recording.

We work on user sent reports/logs, hopefully in future updates you will receive fixe. More information/steps helps dig dip and resolve issues faster.

If you are able to reproduce the issue consistently, I would recommend to send the diagnostic log to us. Below are the steps to generate the diagnostic log:
  • Enable the Diagnostic mode i.e. Go to Settings Panel and long press on top left “Lr” icon (this will enable “Send Feedback” button on Settings Panel).
  • Now reproduce the issue and soon as you encounter the issue, reopen settings panel and tap on “Send Feedback” button at the end.
  • Within few seconds the sharing sheet will open, send across the logs. As the logs will be sent in a separate thread, please provide overview of the issue.
