LR is getting increasingly complex with all the capabilities of the Adjustment panel - including brushes with many capabilities, gradients, radials, Crop and spotting.  Sometimes when you re-vist an image these adjustments are hard to re-find or you can't remember the purpose of an adjustment ... especially in a virtual copy or when they have been SYNC'd across multiple images. You might have many brush adjustments - some even affecting the same area but with different sliders employed.

The IDEA is to have an option to present all the adjustment panel entries for brushes, gradients, radials, crop etc for an image in a list so you can see them easily and re-select them.  Each entry would have the option of an editable name/description - the name could default to a PRESET if used or be editable to remind you of what you were trying to accomplish.  Quick tick boxes on the line would reveal the overlay, enable/disable the adjustment and a slider to control its strength.  This panel could optionally be presented in a detachable window on a 2nd monitor and add you switch images, it reflects the adjustments to the image.

This doesn't provide new capabilities but assists in managing your assets and maybe speeding your workflow over several images.
