Lightroom - Navigator - same drive appears twice.

One of these contains all of the folders within Pictures folder, while the other only shows one folder (the 2015 folder) this folder also appears in the Pictures folder (when attempting to get this folder to show the parent folder it gives an error).

Both 2015 folders displayed in Navigator show the same subfolder structure.

Image files appear in one or the other two navigator panels for these drives, but not both. Mostly if a subfolder is empty in one then it will be full in the other 2015 folder. One folder's contents seems to be split between the two 2015 folders!

Trying to copy/move a subfolder from one to the other results in message that the folder already exists.

File explorer shows a single folder and all images files where they should be.

Problem occurred soon after upgrading to Windows 10. The installation of Lightroom (and Photoshop) didn't appear to work, but running the application files from the folders did get them running. I didn't do anything beyond ensuring that they worked (no imports etc.)/

Have subsequently removed the 2015 folder from the drive containing just the 2015 folder and the duplicate drive has also gone from navigator. Re-importing seems to be working correctly as far as navigator is concerned.

I had tried copying a folder from the solitary 2015 drive to a different place in the drive witht he full Picture folder structure, it copied and appeared in Explorer with all files, but on deleting it, it deleted the original folder as well. If I hadn't had a backup, I might have lost the images.
