Lightroom mobile: Needs a better way to deal with DNG files

I am using the Lightroom mobile app to take photos with my iPhone. The app saves the files in DNG format. The problem is that the only way to get those files to my computer is to wait for the app to upload them to Adobe’s servers, then to wait for Lightroom on my computer to download them. DNG files are quite large, and I’ve taken over 500 photos on my phone. At current upload speeds this is going to take at least 2 weeks.

Plus when the files are uploading my internet connection slows right down. An urgent fix for this is required. You need to build an option to transfer the DNG files from phone to computer using the lightning cable. Otherwise the frustration of the current process will put many photographers off from using Lightroom mobile (I wish I’d never used it for taking photos).

Agree - the current workflow from Lightroom Mobile to Desktop is awful, and not just for DNGs taken by the phone.
