Lightroom mobile is stuck in trial version

I have a Creative Cloud subscription for a year. My Lightroom mobile App on the iPad is stuck on the trial version. I folowed your solution for this problem on this website. Restarting Lightroom mobile does not solve the problem. I even tried to re-instal, but the problem persists. Is there a solution?
