I don't have an Android tablet to experiment with this myself, but was the card inserted the last time the tablet was cold-booted or was it hot-inserted? Or to ask another way, does it work any better if you power off and power on the tablet with the card already inserted?

Thank you for your reply.
By this advice, SD card switch enabled
Even switch is on and data moved to sd card by reboot,
Still lots of system storage used by Lightroom mobile.
I cleared Lightroom data by android setting, and re-synced for creative cloud, result are same.

i have 2 android devices a samsung s5 smart phone with lr mobile on it using an sd card with no problem. the other device is a samsung s tab 10.5 it offers the ability to use an sd card for lr mobile photos. The photos initially sync and are viewable then the next time I use it i get an error message indicating that there are files missing and I need to resync and can select either to the sd card or device storage. Selecting the sd card doesn't seem to work as all I get (even the next day), is the LR mobile main screen. If I select device storage everything resyncs and works fine. I found a file out there on the sd called lost dir it is empty and if I delete it,the resync to the sd card works but only once and then it happens again.
