Abode Lightroom iPad v.2.7.3 4B697E deletes EXIF from original file on save, especially location data.
I took a bunch of pictures with my phone yesterday and synced them to my iPad through iCloud. I opened one of those photos in Lightroom Mobile and made some edits. When I saved it back to my Camera Roll, some of the EXIF data had been modified, and the location field had been erased. When I uploaded the photo to Instagram, it refused to recognize the location/event. Ultimately, I used Lightroom on my desktop Mac to copy the GPS coordinates from another image to the image I had edited. Then everything worked.
But, Lightroom iPad shouldn't have clobbered the info regardless.

In LRM, tap the LR icon > Share Metatada and turn the location info back on then. It's turned off by default for obvious privacy reasons.
