Hallo,
es wäre schön wenn es in Lightroom möglich wäre einen Katalog von einem Netzlaufwerk zu laden, beispielsweise von einem NAS.

With some tricks this is already possible. You can include a network folder in Windows creating a hard link so it seems to LR you're accessing a local catalogue. But performance gets worse. Considering moving catalogues to SSDs rather than conventional HDDs to increase performance, moving it to remote storages will slowdown noticeable.
A good approach in between is to host a local cloud space most actual NAS are capable (or any other synchronization technology). So put your catalogue in the cloud while always working on a local copy being permanently synchronized in the background brings the same effect while ensuring good performance (besides some decreases if IO is limiting). You can connect to your cloud catalogue from different PCs always having the latest version.
BUT: if catalogue size increases over time, synchronization becomes more and more challenging. But this is even more problematic if your catalogue is located on a network folder directly. And NEVER try to work with such a catalogue from different locations in parallel!
