Lightroom: Jumps to another monitor when editing an image in Photoshop

Whenever I right click an image in Lightroom 2016.6.1 and select "Edit In Adobe Photoshop CC" my lightroom jumps to a different monitor.  This is driving me crazy because I have to keep moving it back.     I have Lightroom set on my primary display.

Photoshop opens correctly on a secondary monitor but Lightroom jumps elsewhere for reasons passing understanding.   It didn't do this before i upgraded.

Can someone tell me why?  What settings can I check?

Everything is on the latest version in the adobe creative cloud app as of this posting.

I figured the answer to this.  I had an NVIDIA and AMD graphics card on the same machine and the drivers were tussling with each other.  I pulled the NVIDIA and installed a similar AMD card as a second card.  I removed the NVIDIA drivers.  Problems vanished.
