Lightroom iPad App: Crashes 1-2 times per minute under normal use

Today I sync'd an album of 500 DNGs and went through the album in offline mode flagging rejects. The first 30 minutes it crashed a few times. The next 30 it would crash every 3 or 4 minutes. The last 30 minutes it was crashing about once per minute.

I simply selected the album and was swiping through photos, rejecting about 1 in 3 photos.

I tried clearing the cache without luck. I closed all of my other applications on my iPad. I had at least 10GB free.

When I re-launched the app it would re-load on the current (or previous?) photo and none of my changes were ever lost. It is just really, really annoying to have it crash once per minute.

I have a 1st gen iPad mini. Lightroom Mobile worked beautifully about a month ago.

Is there anything I can do to send additional crash logs or diagnostic information to Adobe?

Hi,

thank you for contacting us.
The best thing is to let us know at what time you sent the logs.

What camera did you use to take the photos?
The best thing would be if you could contact us through the forum.adobe.com.
Then we can take it off-thread.

thanks,
Ignacio

Btw if you don't get a dialog upon next application start you might have a low memory crasher. If this is the case the best thing is to shut down some of the other applications that are running on your device.

If that doesn't help a restart of the device might be the best way to get around the issue.

thanks,
Ignacio
