Lightroom Graduated filter

I use the graduated filter a lot and it has fantastic uses, mainly in landscape photography which is what I do. There are a few things which I think would greatly improve it -

1)Ability to stretch to bottom and top line of the filter independently against the middle. This will allow to soften or harden it in a much more flexible way.

2)Ability to rotate the top and bottom line of the filter independently against the middle. This way if There are is a line in the foreground and a line in the background which have different angles it will enable to adjust the filter lines according to the different lines.
