Lightroom: Finding paper type and size

Hi everybody, I'm new to this forum, and I have a big problem with no solution to be found anywhere whatsoever. I've been printing on my Canon Pixma Pro-100 for a while now and all of a sudden I stopped seeing the paper sizes and the type of paper in the print settings; Lightroom only displays now the basic paper sizes and types. I usually use Luster 101 and it disappeared from the settings. Any advice???

Same thing happens with my Canon Pro-1 - you have to reinstall the Canon drivers and software which contains the ICC paper information. Just happens out of the blue no warning and not replicable.

I concur with Jeremy's recommendation. One reason this happens is because OS patches/updates may replace installed drivers. For example, if you are using Windows 10 and the April Update (Version 1803) was installed, it is likely the Canon drivers were replaced by this Windows 10 update. Microsoft has been making changes to the driver interface so they try to ensure that you have the latest drivers installed. The problem is that this is done without notice during the update.
