Lightroom fails to import videos (MOV) created by a Casio EX-H20G camera

Using Lightroom CC (build 1014445) I imported about 40K photos and videos. Of all of this, 30 videos failed to import. These were all MOV format videos created by a Casio EX-H20G camera. There were many other MOV files from various other cameras which imported properly. QuickTime 7.7.6 is installed on a Windows 7 64-bit machine.

The error message displayed in the Import Results window is "The video file appears to be corrupted or unrecognizable. It has no audio or video streams."

The videos do not appear to actually be corrupted. They display properly with Windows Media Player.

I'm experiencing the same in Lightroom 6 when importing video taken with my Lumia 930 phone. File format is MP4, and they play back just perfect in the Windows 8.1 Video app. In other words, the video files are all good.

It also seems that Lightroom 5 imported these MP4 movies nicely, as I have some in my library from before upgrading to LR6. However, I now get an icon with the tooltip text "Lightroom has encountered problems reading this video", and the message "There was an error working with the video" when I open Loupe View with an MP4 video.

My PC is running 64 bit Windows 8.1.

I have too this problem. MOV from my iphone cant get imported. Does anyone found a solution?
Playback the mov is possible with Quicktime and other programs. So the files are not corrupt.

Win7, LR 6.2.1
