Lightroom Face Tagging: Search Functionality

Face tagging is pretty awesome, but it would be much more useful if I could search, filter and make collections based on the People keyword tag. For example, I'd like to have a smart collection of images that don't have a people tag, so I can see what images I might have missed.

If you put all of your person keywords under the same parent keyword, e.g. named People, then you can make a smart collection with the criterion:

Keywords doesn't contain People

This will show all the images that don't have any People keywords.

Further, in the Keyword List pane, right-click the People keyword and select Put New Person Keywords Inside This Keyword. Any new person keywords you create will be placed underneath People.

I thought about the same solution. I'm already using the keyword 'people' generically for people images that might be good in composite work. I suppose I could create a new one call persons. The point of my comment is that person tags should be searchable like any other kind of metadata, and currently it isn't.
