Lightroom "Duplicate Purchase" problem

Hello there,

I have a new iPhone and have downloaded/re-installed Lightroom CC which I've been using previously on my other phone. When I try to edit photos and use features such as "selective" I am redirected to a page telling me to upgrade or restore purchases. 

When I click on either option, there's a message saying "Duplicate purchase - this subscription has already been purchased from the App Store with a different Adobe ID" 

I only have one Adobe account and one Apple ID, and when I log on to my Adobe account online, everything looks in order (i.e I've paid my subscription fees)

Not sure how to solve this problem - any help would be greatly appreciated!

That seems a little odd. First, let's try this: Log out of your Lightroom App on your iPhone - restart your phone. Launch Lightroom and log in again. Does this resolve the duplicate purchase?

I've done what you suggested but the problem remains. Any other ideas?
